Palm Valley Country Club

Overview: Palm Valley is an upscale golf community on Country Club Drive in Palm Desert, CA. It features 1250 condominiums.  Most homes are single story attached residence with nobody above or below.  The “Vistas” on the north side of the development are a mix of “stacked flats” and two story homes.

Renter Access to Facilities: Renters have full and unlimited access to community swimming pools and to dining in the clubhouse. Renters may enjoy the access to golf, tennis, and fitness, the homeowner's level of membership entails. (Fees apply.)  If the owner of the rented residence is a Platinum Golf Member, the renters enjoy unlimited access to all facilities including the championship golf course.  Fees do apply and resident members are given priority access before renters.  There is no guarantee of renter access, especially during peak periods.
